5250 Design is quite granular

Web View

The web view in IBM i Access for Web functions similarly to other web pages and consists of 5250 screens. It employs links for navigation, cursor positioning, and retrieving message text assistance. The background color of the web page serves as the screen's background color.

It's worth noting that the default template provided with IBM i Access for Web sets the background color of the page to white.

Traditional View

  • Background color configurable (default is black)
