Opensource Java Runtime - IBM SEMERU JAVA IS BEST!
My Preferred FREE solution is IBM Semeru Java – regularly updated, community focused, free and it does everything that Java does.

The IBM Semeru Runtimes are free production-ready binaries built with the OpenJDK class libraries and the Eclipse OpenJ9 JVM. They deliver the power and performance of Java including all the latest up-to-date security and performance fixes.
Two Other Java Alternatives
Opensource Java Runtime
AdoptOpenJDK uses infrastructure, build and test scripts to produce prebuilt binaries from OpenJDK™ class libraries and a choice of either OpenJDK or the Eclipse OpenJ9 VM. All AdoptOpenJDK binaries and scripts are open source licensed and available for free.
Commercial Java Runtime
Or you can use the commercial Java Runtime from Oracle.
Get the original Oracle Java from https://www.java.com/
